Menu 3 - D'agneau (lamb)



well, i forgot what did i named my dish,
anyway, is basically roast lamb rack served with
lamb jus, curry lamb stew served with
couscous and accompanied with tomato and olive confit
end with green oil as garnish.

Big meat portion
Less vege
Jus too liquid
Green oil
Bloody plate

I Owned Myself
